I have been looking for a new Ford Explorer Sport for six months and have not been able locate one. I live in Nashville, Tennessee and have never purchased a vehicle over the phone before. While speaking to Mitch Tooley, Finance Director, he stated the vehicle I have wanted was going to be delivered to their Dealership. Immediately I told him I wanted it. We completed financing over the phone and he had the vehicle delivered from Sealy, Texas to Nashville, Tennessee within 36 hours. He then arranged for Steve Fox to contact me to go over all of the options on my new vehicle. Steve spent over an hour with me on our cell phones walking thru every option my vehicle has and a bumper to bumper guide on where everything is. I know more about my new Explorer than I did about my 2005 Expedition. Beyond a doubt this was the most pleasant, easiest and time efficient car buying experience I have ever had.
