I went to visit our local Ford Dealership, Ryan Ford, in Sealy after browsing their website. My husband has always done business with them working with Steve Fox and Whisper (who I found out recently died) Sealy after browsing their website. I saw three vehicles, an Acura, Camry and a Jeep Grand Cherokee all that were approximately around $13,900, which was just right for the amount I wanted to spend for an extra vehicle. As soon as my son and I drove up, I saw the beautiful dark blue Grand Cherokee...right away I liked it. My son and I parked and got out to walk up to the jeep and Ty approached me and introduced himself and asked how he could help me today. I informed him that I was in the market for an extra vehicle and I wanted to test drive three of them that I found on their website. He stated, "No problem, I will go and get the keys for you". Ty came back out with the keys and asked which one did I want to test drive first...well, of course it was the jeep. He asked if he could ride with my son and I during the test drive and told him no problem. I drove it! My son drove it. We came back to the dealership and he said which one would you like to drive next? I told him none...I want the jeep! He said okay let's get it started for you. After that the process was darn smooth! Ty is so sweet and personable and most definitely accommodating. The only thing I could say that was a hindrance, but not really, was the wait to get everything processed...it wasn't Ty's fault or the dealership's fault...they just happened to be selling vehicles out the whazoo that day!!!! I will definitely continue to do business with Ryan Ford in the Future! More
