Great Experience I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion SE, but a few days later, there was a crack on windshield. There is no sign that the crack was caused by a flying rock, I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion SE, but a few days later, there was a crack on windshield. There is no sign that the crack was caused by a flying rock, but it is impossible to prove that the windshield was defective. Although they could not get warranty from Ford, the dealer replaced my windshield at not cost. Very friendly people there. More

True to Word with no extras! I called in looking for an inexpensive new car...Fiesta was my choice. Visited a few dealerships along the way during my week process of searching fo I called in looking for an inexpensive new car...Fiesta was my choice. Visited a few dealerships along the way during my week process of searching for the car. I didn't like the treatment I got at these inner city dealers. Found Ryan Ford and went in with the total amount financed price and came out with my car. The great price allowed me to get the Service Contract and gap to protect my investment. Everything was as promised and I was very happy with the job Coach did to get me everything I needed. No pressure, great price, and above all...true to there word! WOW what a deal, What a Dealership! My husband and I did alot of research regarding buying a truck. We looked at both used and new but were not satified with our options. He accidently stumbled across Ryan Ford on a board. The guy on the boad gave steller reviews so my husband looked up Ryan Ford online and their deals were amazing. Ryan Ford was located about an hour away from us but we had to check out the deals for ourselves. Coach was amazing. He was super friendly, expained all of their deals, sales, and rebates and even showed us the dealer invoice sheet. We got a brand new 2013 F150 for the price that many other dealerships were asking for used models with 50K + miles on them. We are very happy with our purchuse. More
