Mr. Hegland came across as being very professional, with an outgoing attitude and a "no pressure" sales style. Ty and the staff at Ryan Ford were extremely efficient, and I was surprised at how fast we could get financing completed and the deal finished up, even being approximately 700 miles away! They handled the purchase and trade with ease, which made my purchase experience a pleasant one! I have purchased 29 vehicles which includes cars, trucks, and motorcycles the past 35 years - this has been the best experience I've encountered so far!
