The real reason for this review is the customer service. There was an issue with the license plates for the car being lost in the mail. Susan was able to get replacement plates extremely quickly and have them next-day delivered to me (I do not live in the Sealy area). She was very helpful with the whole process and made it as painless as possible. She definitely gets my recommendation! More

A better car buying experience than I could have hoped for! I drove out to Ryan Ford from Houston to look at a used Jeep Wrangler I saw online last November and had a really great experience. He was super polite and friendly, not pushy at all, and even let me see how the Jeep handled off road during the test drive for a minute. I bought the Jeep that same visit with no problems. After Sabrena sold me the 2012 I new I would be back for my next car, that was yesterday after three years and 102,000 miles. I have allways enjoyed catching up with her as my car was being serviced. She was fast with the paper work and quick with a joke, overall a pleasent experience. I will be back in three years for the new silver Ford Focus, or sooner in the wife wants a truck. More
