There was a young man, Mason Koch, at the Service Desk that went beyond the courtesous manner that other attendants had spoken to me, but he actually kept me updated on the process of what was being done with my car (since ( I had to wait to have it repaired)) and what was going to be a slight delay which I found refreshing. He was honest and was out to see the problem we had with the car to be taken care of quickly and in a professional manner. While I was waiting for them to finish up the repair to the back window, another customer came in and he treated this man with the same courteous and let's get your problem taken care of and repaired. More

He showed me different vehicles as I was not sure exaclty which one I wanted, and thoroughly explained everything about the cars he showed me. He definitely knows his stuff and made me feel very comfortable during the entire process, which is not something that generally happens at dealerships. I have bought my two previous vehicles from Steve Fox and will definitely continue to do so! More

There was no high pressure, slick maneuvers or misrepresentation. Especially enjoyable was the fact their mascot, dear, sweet Henri came into our room and visited. How refreshing. Colton took time to explain the points we needed to know about the vehicle and how different things worked. I don't know when closing time is but it was getting late. He was very thorough and said several times to call him if we had a question. Anyway, we are so pleased to have Ryan Ford and all their great employees as a part of our community. More
