I could have easily taken my vehicle to another ford dealership a lot closer to my home but due to a past experience with the other Ford dealer I decided to bring it to Ryan Ford. I made my appointment online for the next day. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted. I advised my service advisor, Mason Koch on the issues with the vehicle. Since they did not have the part needed I opted to leave my vehicle at the dealership. Mason advised he would call me the next day for a status on the part/vehicle. He was prompt. He called like he said he would and informed me of the status. Again he advised he would call again the next day which he did. This was the issue I have with the OTHER Ford dealer. They promised to call me and give me a status but never did. I was the one who had to call for updates on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Ryan Ford to family and friends.
