Got the deal done last day of truck month. The 100k powertrain sweetened the deal. What sealed it were the terms. I was not happy with my first trade in #, but your sales manager made a call and made it right. Thx for the use of the 2015 f150. Looking forward to my next purchase in 2018! More

I lost my phone, and him and Tyler both went out of their way to help me try to find it. These guys look after my car and truck, and make it a point to know me by sight and name. unexpected commitment I met David Simpson and was immediately comfortable talking with him. I let him know that I was not in a hurry to buy a vehicle and that I would have I met David Simpson and was immediately comfortable talking with him. I let him know that I was not in a hurry to buy a vehicle and that I would have to get the wife to sign off on anything I did buy. She was not with me on that day. David showed me several vehicles and we test drove all of them. After spending half a day with me, I never felt pressured into buying. At the end of the day he asked me for my email and phone number. He told me that he wouldn't bug me, but that he wanted to send some pictures and prices of some of the vehicles to me so I could show them to the wife. THAT IS what he did. No pressure, no annoying phone calls. I took the the wife by the dealership several days later and we again test drove cars and trucks all day. David was a pleasure to talk with all day long. At no time during the what turned out to be three day of looking at vehicles did we get the impression that he didn't want to help. We even apologized a few times and you know what! Dave only encouraged us. This man is committed to making people happy! Every one we met at Ryan Ford/Chrysler were absolutely a pleasure to talk/deal with. Even Henrie! We asked around and could not hear enough about Ryan Ford so we decided to give them a try. 3 visits later we have not been disappointed with the same family like treatment we had come to expect when we were in NC.
