I was very pleased with the visit - inspection done; oil and also air filter changed and everything checked out. There was also a recall on the door locks and I was not aware of that. They informed me about it and it was done. I'm happy. Steve Fox helped me with a blue book price on another automobile and I was very grateful. Everyone there was extremely helpful and kind. We worked out the deal on ordering the vehicle I wanted. Agreed on the trade in value for trade in signed the paper work. We closed the deal with a handshake and he delivered. He keeps in touch with his customers. It more than just selling cars and trucks to Steve. My new truck has 135247 it hasn't needed to go to the shop yet! I'll be back to see you Steve! Great Job! Excellent service and courtesy from everyone at Ryan Ford I was traveling from New Ulm to Houston and stopped for gas when my "low tire pressure" signal came on. Once before I stopped at this same station for gas and the door to my gas tank wouldn't open. Both times I made my way to Ryan Ford, about 1/4 mile away, and both times I received amazing attention and service. They could not have been more attentive if I had purchased a car.
