Oil change took longer than expected again I’ve been in there for a few oil changes and I think some work could be done to expedite the paperwork process. I recall a couple of times waiting 20 I’ve been in there for a few oil changes and I think some work could be done to expedite the paperwork process. I recall a couple of times waiting 20 mins after my vehicle has been done and sitting outside and I have to go ask can I pay yet. Time is money, not only for u but your customers. As a management perspective it would be nice for you to look into this and improve the process. I had an appointment and it took an hour and 15 mins from start to finish. More
