Oil Change I stopped to get a simple oil change. I was greeted by nice young man who moved my car for me. Then I walked into the service department and Tracy N I stopped to get a simple oil change. I was greeted by nice young man who moved my car for me. Then I walked into the service department and Tracy Newbury was there. He is awesome! He takes the time to visit with you and makes you feel like you are the only customer there. He doesn't just ask the typical "How are you?" Then the gal at the oil change counter, Tiffany Brewer, always remembers my name and makes me feel like I am just as important as the next customer and the one before that. My ride to and from work was very nice as the driver was great to visit with. My whole experience ended great when I got a discount on my oil change and two stamps for two stamp Wednesday on Valentine's Day. The clerk was also friendly. That's why I go here!! More
It was good. I liked the fact that they reminded me that an oil change was due and was able to set up an appointment. Only problem I had was I had to go back because the wrong sticker was put on my windshield reminding me of my next oil change. It was changed with no problem. In for oil change and general overall checkup before going o It got a little long. There at 8:00 am and left at 11:00am.
