Friendly staff, but not the greatest experience Pulled in for an oil change and car wash and was greeted by very friendly staff. I waited in the customer area; 30 minutes later, a staff person informed me the oil change was finished. He then said it would be a short while for the car wash. Almost an hour later, I walked back to the garage and asked about the status of my van. An employee said he hadn't seen the van come back from the car wash. Another employee stepped outside and came back in, stating my van was parked in the lot and ready to go. Apparently, whoever took the van for the car wash parked it afterwards and didn't let the other staff know. Because the oil change and car wash took nearly an hour and a half, I was late getting to where I was heading afterwards. More

Oil change AND they wash the car :) Nick, was so friendly, I didn't realize taking my new Jeep to Ryan for the first oil change that they wash it too, all that for $29.95!!
