Great Service I commute to downtown Mpls daily. I had some problems that needed 2 days to complete. They provided me with a new pickup to use during that time at n I commute to downtown Mpls daily. Good people, service dept average, someone goofed up! I've bought two trucks there. Seasonal Issues Related to Jeep Soft Top I had a few minor issues with my Jeep soft top that got overlooked because the seasons changed and time went by. After I eventually brought it in whil I had a few minor issues with my Jeep soft top that got overlooked because the seasons changed and time went by. After I eventually brought it in while under warranty, the submittal to Jeep warranty got lost or was not submitted. After no results from a couple of inquiries, I contacted Jeep. I was put in touch with the service department again and my issues were addressed. What was a frustrating situation for me was corrected by Erik Lund, the Service Writer. Because of Erik's effort and candor, we are satisfied with the repairs and the experience.
