Funny I called to give you the chance to make things right as you left 2 numbers but yet the service manager had no idea why I was calling I explained that I was asked to call because of the negative right as you left 2 numbers but yet the service manager had no idea why I was calling I explained that I was asked to call because of the negative review I gave regarding the service dept he then said oh well the service advisor was Jamie let me get him I told him again that I was calling in ref to the bad review and he stated he knew nothing about it. I wish I had done my research a little more before going to this dealership I would be happy to discuss my terrible experience with anybody that wishes to know As for the Ryan dealership instead of having upset customers call you that you don’t have the slightest clue about maybe do your research and call that customer but then again the way you do it people just don’t take the time to call If you look they have the same auto response to all complaints Sorry please reach out to us If I could give a neg rating I would But don’t worry I found cornerstone to have a much better service dept More
Took my truck in for a few minor issues 1 being the tail gate ajar light did not work Jamie told me right away that the truck doesn’t have it I did show him the build sheet and he told me those are not ac gate ajar light did not work Jamie told me right away that the truck doesn’t have it I did show him the build sheet and he told me those are not accurate and the truck doesn’t have it He then printed his own version and said oh I guess it does have it He called me the next day said truck is done and said the light is a problem and no fix to it but chrys knows about it and the tail gate rattle is from the tonnue cover I told him to look again as it was loose before that. They made it very clear that even tho I bought a brand new truck from them I am an inconvenience when it comes to bringing it in for service I will not return to this location it is obvious that the service dept is no where the same as the sales dept More

Poor service 2 of 4 oil changes I had oil dripping from my car. I have a Challenger that I show so this is sloppy and unacceptable. They wipe oil from their hands 2 of 4 oil changes I had oil dripping from my car. I have a Challenger that I show so this is sloppy and unacceptable. They wipe oil from their hands but not customers cars. Also advised no need to rotate tires they look fine. Im the customer so I should decide on that. May seem trivial but a super clean engine bone dry should not be dripping oil at home. Just a side note my buddy bought a new Ram there.1st oil change had oil all over. Loose oil filter which could have been castrophic. Sloppy service for a simple service. 2x for me and once for him. If your happy with buying there just service elsewhere. More
Poor Customer Service, ESPECIALLY if You're Female I do not recommend coming here for any service. I would rate my experience a zero if I could. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee (which I purchased at I do not recommend coming here for any service. I would rate my experience a zero if I could. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee (which I purchased at the dealership) in for basic service: replace a bulb, patch a tire and an oil change. Every aspect of that service visit had issues. Oil change: Needs oil change message not cleared, Replace a bulb: bulb was replaced and then the technician loosened the turn signal wire, so that appeared to need to be replaced. The biggest problem was the tire patch. The tire was patched but when the tire was put on my vehicle, the lug nuts were not torqued. Unfortunately, I did not become aware of the lug nut issue until I and my entire family were traveling in northern Wisconsin on vacation. The tire almost came off in Manitowish Waters. I had to tow my vehicle 47 miles just to get it repaired. On July 3rd, I presented Matt Ryan with the bill and was told by Matt that he had to speak to those higher up to see what they could do and I also should have contacted him before any repair was done so they could have worked something out with the garage that was doing the repair. He also looked at the damaged rim and said that his guy could have repaired the rim. So now it's my fault and it's implied by his tone and comments that I'm not going to get any reimbursement for the shoddy work Ryan's service technician performed on my vehicle. Matt said he'd get back to me the following Monday (7/9) or Tuesday (7/10). Needless to say, I didn't hear from Matt on Monday or Tuesday. I called back on Friday (7/13) and Matt was out and I was transferred to his supervisor, Marc Gefsrud. I explained the situation and he stated that he wanted to speak with Matt first and that someone would get back to me on Monday (7/16). Marc also informed me that Matt had the authority to make the reimbursement decision when we first talked. Matt's Lie #1. Matt then called on 7/16 and stated that I would get reimbursed, I should receive the check by the end of the week (7/20). Matt also told me he called me the previous week but I had no evidence of that. By 7/21, I hadn't received the check, so I called Marc back (7/25) and stated what was was going on. He checked, and Matt had submitted the requested for reimbursement on 7/16 but the check wasn't cut until 7/23 and the check was in the proverbial mail. Question: if Matt had called the week of 7/9-7/13, why did he wait to submit the reimbursement request? Surely, he could have submitted the request before he called me back. Lie #2 - he never called me the week of 7/9-7/13. It is now 8/6 and I haven't seen the check yet. I just keep getting lied to. Prior to this experience, I was very happy with Ryan's. I took all 3 of our family's Jeep's there for service and we started looking for a Jeep Rubicon there. All I desired on my initial visit was: I am so sorry that happened, I'll ensure the technician has the proper training so this doesn't happen again, and we'll be sure to reimburse you for our mistake. I received none of that. Very poor customer service. I make my own money, I purchase my vehicle with out my husband and I decide where to take it for service. There are a lot of options out there beside Ryan's and I recommend you choose wisely. UPDATE: On 8/6/2018, Matt reached out to verify that I hadn't received payment yet, which I confirmed. He then cancelled the initial check and had another drafted. He had the check delivered the same day via a Ryan courier, along with 4 oil changes for the problems that arose. More
