We needed to find a late model, lower mileage vehicle after an encounter that my Grand Prix had with a very unlucky deer. I wasn't really sure what I wanted, I just knew that the car HAD to be a 6 cylinder, nicely equipped, with leather and a sunroof. I found a car at our local dealer that I really liked, but just could not come to terms as far as the price was concerned. I didn't feel I was being stubborn, just realistic. I found a car on the internet at Ryan that I thought might fit my needs. I had talked to Dermott beforehand, so he knew that my husband and I were coming over to take a look at the car, an Impala LT. I drove the car and even though it was a 6cyl 3.5, it did not seem zippy enough. He looked through the inventory on the computer looking for another Impala LT with the bells and whistles I wanted with the 3.9 that was in my price range without much luck. He then thought of a car that one of his co-workers had been driving as a perk. I drove the car, a red 3.9 that had everything I wanted. I thought it was a very fair price. He printed a car fax on it, and I ended up buying the car. Everyone at Ryan that we encountered was friendly and professional, and I give them 2 thumbs up. It was well worth the drive to Buffalo! More

The price of the car was very competitive and the car itself was in great shape. Jake Jacobson, the sales rep made the difference from start to after the purchase. On Monday, he did exactly that, and more. The car was taken cared of and the old battery was replaced with a brand new one at no additional cost. On top of this, Jake called a few days after to follow up. I was wowed because I wasn't expecting a phone call. He demonstrated that it's not just about the car that's important, but the person and the experience. I bought the car with a as-is warranty and it could've been just that...as-is. Whenever I think of buying a car, I now think of Jake and Ryan Auto Mall. His genuine attitude, caring nature, and going the extra mile made it the best car purchase experience I've ever had and heard of. More
The vehicle purchase process was an easy one, and then when we tried to handle our own vehicle freight. The contractor we hired never showed up and left us in a tight spot. With an upcoming trade show we needed our van badly and Jake arranged for a contractor he has worked with in the past to pick up the vehicle almost immediately after we asked for his help to get the van here in time. He went above and beyond and when we finalized the freight deal it was 9pm. We were very impressed with his efforts and excellent communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend this dealer based on our experience with Jake. More

Overall great experience with Brian at Ryan Auto Mall. He was well informed on the used vehicle that I purchased and while the business offices were busy while I was there and I had to wait longer than ho He was well informed on the used vehicle that I purchased and while the business offices were busy while I was there and I had to wait longer than hoped to actually sign papers, he kept me updated with the timing which was appreciated. The only thing that was annoying was that the car did not come with a full tank of gas - maybe I was naive and should have negotiated this as part of the deal, but just assumed that when I got in my car to drive off the lot that it would be full of fuel. I even went back in to ask if they forgot to fill it and was informed they only try to make sure used cars have ~1/4 tank. Its a little thing, but after spending $17,000 on a vehicle, a full tank of gas seems reasonable. This didn't leave a great taste in my mouth, but didn't have any more time to push it further. More
