For my purchase of a 2011 Chevy Cruze LTZ I worked with Dermott Norman of Ryan Auto Mall in Bufflo MN. He did a great job of explaining all of my questions, and locating the exact car I wanted. I was determined to get a crystal red with black interior LTZ with a few other options. I placed an order with Dermott knowing that I would have to wait up to six weeks. I was currently borrowing a car to get to work while my car was on order. Dermott was persistent and located a car with only 3-5 miles on it and got it to me in three weeks, half the time!!! The fit and finish on my new car is far cry from my old Geo Prizm and Ponitac Firebird. I inspected the cars paint and all it's features and so far everything is flawless and easy to use. Ryan Auto Mall did a great job of detailing the vehicle and they even topped off the tank so I could drive it home. I'd love to by my next car from Dermott and Ryan Auto Mall in the future. I'd also like to add that even though the Cruze isn't a muscle car and competes with cars like the Toyota Corolla (which is what I was borrowing for those three weeks), the car turns a lot of heads. I had three people staring at me on my way home. It's a nice looking car with that RS package. Great job GM!! More

Purchased several vehicles from Dermott when he was with Saturn and when the time came for our Aura lease to expire,I found that Dermott was working for Ryan Chevy/Cadillac. We were in the market for a new Saturn and when the time came for our Aura lease to expire,I found that Dermott was working for Ryan Chevy/Cadillac. We were in the market for a new 2011 Cruze LTZ RS and we worked with Dermott to order the vehicle sight unseen or test driven as they were hard to even come by. The order took allot longer than we or even Dermott expected due to some technical issues from the factory/vendor that effected our LTZ RS package. But Dermott and Rob Ryan made the whole waiting period right in the end. The car was as we expected in every way,from the tint/3M clearbra to the whole RS package combination. The delivery/finance went perfect. It was worth the 50 mile drive to see Dermott and work with the Ryan family owned dealership as most chains are all about the money factor and not the customer relations aspect of the car buying experience. When our lease is up, I'll be seeing Dermott at Ryan Chevy/Cadillac once again.. More

I think it should be known that Ryan Chevrolet is selling Lemon buy backs that are unsafe for the customer to be driving. Something needs to be done before more people are in danger of these cars that are on Lemon buy backs that are unsafe for the customer to be driving. Is there anything that we can do as local citizens to help make other people aware that these used vehicles that Ryan chev are selling are Lemons even though not all customers are disclosed this information with just a slip of paper in the mix of many to sign without an explanation. Not one form stated this car that my Grandmother bought was a lemon, it stated it as non-comformity without explanation during signing and then NEVER received a copy of this form that so called deemed it "non-comformity" but was in fact a LEMON until the title was received 2 months later. Now it's dying every six weeks and needs a new battery. The temps were dropping below zero and making it unsafe with the car dying all the time. Ryan Chev just replaces the battery and lets that one die out at 6 weeks later. She contacted GM about this dangerous car and they were working on it, but when they contacted Ryan Chevrolet, Service stated that the car was fixed, when in fact replacing a battery for the 3rd time since October isn't a fix. It's a bandaid to the real problem, I know for a fact that there are other people in our communities that are also buying lemons without the knowledge of it actually being a lemon! BEWARE of these Lemons. It was written on their FACEBOOK wall earlier today stating that RYAN AUTO MALL sells lemons, then Ryan auto mall deleted this comment. Well if it's true, what is the purpose of deleting that VERY TRUE comment that they know they are doing! BECAUSE THEY KNOW ITS WRONG!!!!!!!! More
