I can't say enough about my experience with Dermott and the dealership. I was treated very fairly right from the beginning. Dermott was extremely helpful and accommodating at every turn. When I called and left messages, they were returned very promptly. Being I was such a long distance away from them, he took the time to vidio the car, and send to us to get a better idea of the overall condition of the vehicle. He also offered, and made arrangements to have us picked up at the train station 45 miles away, and brought to the dealership. When we were dealing on the car, we had a few conditions that we felt had to be part of the deal, and again, Dermott was very fair. I certainly will be recommending Ryan Auto Mall to my family and friends. I also would not hesitate to call Dermott and Ryan Chevrolet first, when looking for another vehicle. I can't remember the name of the Ryan team member who did up the paper work and warentee for us, but she was also very helpful, friendly, and accomodating. I would rate the overall experience as very positive. The only negative to the purchase is the red tape we have to deal with from Customs, and the Government with importing a vehicle to Canada, and then trying to get it registered with our Government auto insurer. More hassle than needs to be for sure, but that certainly has nothing to do with the dealership or its staff. More

No suggestions or explanations.Just no. Now after 5 weeks of ownership, we are experiencing the same problem as the problem that caused this vehicle to be bought back under Lemon Law. I contacted Dermott and this time got no response whatsoever. I have the car at another Cad dealer for repairs and quite honestly they seem more willing to help me and they weren't the ones who profitted from the sale. I also was not informed at all that this was a California vehicle, (emissions, etc) and possibly this explains why there are summer tires on the car, not all-season tires. We are not happy. This was a purchase more than we planned on spending,($35,000) but stepped up and made the purchase based on Cadillac's reputation, and the dealership's and salesman's boasting of great customer service. We do not agree there was any service after the sale. More

I never enjoy the car-buying process because it's alway seems like it's such an effort. I like the idea of a dealership clearly marking its best, no haggle price, and you either want the car at that price seems like it's such an effort. I spent a fair amount of time researching used Colbalts and kept coming back to the 2010 Colbalt we eventually purchased at Ryan Auto Mall. I spoke with Bruce Varner a few times on the phone and he was always friendly, helpful and informative. He didn't try to "sell" me anything which is something I appreciated. My wife and I are very happy with our new car and because of our positive experience we would certainly recommend Bruce and Ryan Auto Mall. More
