I just bought my first new car a 2012 Traverse and Paul O'Leary couldn't of been nicer or more helpful in explaining the process and getting me the best price. I have bought GM cars in the past from other dealerships, but I wanted to try working with Ryan Chev this time being they are local. I have used them for repairs and oil changes in the past. I went on the internet and sent out a request that I was interested in buying a Malibu and Ryan was the first dealership to actually call me. Jon wanted to know what features I had to have as a minimum so he could begin the search. I wanted things that he didn't have on his lot, but he located options for me very promtly. He was always pleasant on the phone and in person. Responds to call, emails, and text messages very promtly. He was very patient and accomodating as I tried to narrow it down to the car I wanted to actually purchase. He made things go very smootly and I left there feeling well taken care of and that I was not just a number. I would highly recommend him to anyone that I know that was in the market for a car. It is nice to work with a down to earth and honest person when purchasing a car. Lisa helped helped me figure out what protection options I all wanted to have done to my car. She has been helpful coordinating everything so that I am not without my car more than necessary. Again, another employee that was very pleasant to work with. More
