I had to drive about 60 miles to see the car. He promised to hold it for me until I got there. The car was just as he said. The salesperson was very helpfull in trying to find us the best deal possible when we were in the dealership. When we weren't sure if we really wanted new he let us put a hold on the one we were looking a the best deal possible when we were in the dealership. We had time to actually decide if going new or used was the best deal for us, and still know that the one we looked at would be there. Then when he had time, he went ahead and tried to figure out the best way for us to go with the rebate offers, and called us back explaining why he chose the route he did and what the monthly price would be. Then we had changed our mind and wanted AWD but the stripped down model, and an 8 passenger SUV. He went through the inventory and found one that meet our price and needs. When we did the paperwork, Jon in finance told us all of the different options that were out there, but never pushed any of them on us. That was really refreshing as we didn't have to tell him 3 times that we weren't interested in something, like you have to do with some people. He explained everthing and if our answer was no he accepted it and moved on. I think we all hate some body trying to push something on us. The whole experience at the dealership was really nice. We have not bought a car in over 10 years and have a lot of Grandkids to transport, so it was a big decision for us financially and vehicle wise. They made it the best it could be. More

I was looking for a deal on a low mile, newer Escalade and after looking on your web site, placed a call. I talked to Steve about my trade and the car I viewed on the web. He was friendly polite and seemed like a guy I would like doing business with. We came out that night. Throughout the process, he was honest, informative, helpful and a bit humorous. I had no idea I was actually going to purchase a car that night, but he made if a joy, along with the rest of the staff. They all were done to earth friendly people to talk to and that made doing business easy. NO one was pushy at all. Steve made sure all our questions were answered and got the car ready step by step.
