We have had service work done at Ryan Chev in the past but this was our first experience purchasing a vehicle through them and it most certainly will not be our last. Our sales person Scott Goodmanson was fantastic, he found us the perfect vehicle right away, was very knowledgehable and the best part...he had us driving away in our new vehicle in just over two hours! The rest of the Ryan staff was just as pleasant and helpful and we were given a great deal on our trade in. As far as I am concerend the Rayn family just got bigger! More

We have been talking with Jake Jacobson for well over a year about our potential new vehicle. In 1997 we bought a new Astrovan and a new Cavalier at Ryan Chevrolet and so when we started looking for our n year about our potential new vehicle. In 1997 we bought a new Astrovan and a new Cavalier at Ryan Chevrolet and so when we started looking for our new vehicles, we thought about Ryan right away because our dealings with more local (Village Chevrolet) dealerships have been less than savory. I found Jake and wrote many MANY emails back and forth with him asking questions about Astros, Cars, Vans, the Chevy Express. He has always answered everything fully and been VERY helpful. A few months ago, he had a used 8 passenger conversion van on the lot and even though he knew that we were specifically not interested in that vehicle (we will buy new and not conversion) he asked if we would like to drive it just to get an idea. We met with him and we drove it all around. We are now sold on a Chevy Express and we will certainly return to order it from Jake when the time comes. Jake has been a wonderful helper in our seemingly endless amounts of questions and research this process has taken. He is kind and never makes me feel like I have "dumb questions" (though I'm sure some are!). I'm excited to know where we will purchase our next vehicle. :) More

Scott did a great job at helping me find the right car for my needs. My goal was to find a car that consistently got over 40mpg and he lined me up with a 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco. I've had it for over a week now and my lowest mileage (in town) has been 41mpg and my highway mileage is above 46mpg! Scott is very professional in how he managed the sale, gave me a great tour of the car's features and answered all my questions. I found the car on-line I wanted through auto trader, called Ryan Auto Mall and Jake took my call and verified the car was still there. Came down that night to look at the car and Bob greeted us courteso called Ryan Auto Mall and Jake took my call and verified the car was still there. Came down that night to look at the car and Bob greeted us courtesouly at the door. He tried to locate Jake but couldn't find him, so connected us with Nick. Nick spent the rest of the night with us past closing, due to our lat arrival around 7:00 p.m. he then connected us with Brian who gave us some numbers and confirmed he wouldn't have any trouble getting us financing first thing in the morning. The next morning Shaun took over and he worked all morning to get us an amazing finance rate on our loan. When we came in that afternoon, Bob greeted us pleasantly again,recognizing us from the night before and got Nick & Shaun for us immediately. Shaun had everything ready for the financing and offered the extras without pressuring us at all. When we were done with Shaun, Nick brought us to our car went over a few extra items, asked us if we had any questions and helped us find an owner's manual etc. The entire experience was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have encountered. My husband wants to bring his mom all the way down to Buffalo to buy her new van. More

Asking for a second opinion on service to be performed is an open invitation for a business to suggest many items to be repaired, especially on an older vehicle.
