It sure is paying off as Bill Rosati, Dominic's Father, tells me that a new engine has to be installed. Bill indicated that Jeff Altrichter in service worked very hard to convince the insurance company that a new motor was needed. This and many other fine services that the Rosati's and I have been given at Ryan in the past, is why I drive 380 miles to Ryan Auto Mall to get the oil changed in my Hybrid Escalade that I purchased from Ryan. When I first met Jake he was very professional, I could tell that he knew what he was talking about, but he was never arrogant. He answered my questions,gave very straight forward answers and volunteered tell that he knew what he was talking about, but he was never arrogant. I was looking at a used 2010 and without pushing, he suggested that I look at the 2011, that it perhaps would be a good investment for the little difference in the two vehicles. Again he was never pushy, but wanted to offer me the options. He offered and explained everything that was available regarding the cost of a straight out price, including rebates and/or trade in options.
