My experience at Ryan Auto Mall was the most painless car buying experience I've had to date. Everyone was very friendly and kept me posted about where we were in the process of "buying and selling". When we went to Ryan's we had a model car in mind to look at. When we entered the showroom we were greeted at the door with a friendly smile and a warm welcome by John Fuller. When we told him we would like to look at a Cruze he went to the computer and showed us what he had available and features of each. We then went out into the lot to look at the vehicles available and chose one to test drive. During the test drive John was very helpful to explain the features and other interesting facts about the car. From the time we came in the showroom until we left with a new Cruze we felt we were treated in a freindly and professional manner by John. also we felt we treated fair on our tradein. This is not the first car we have purchased at Ryan's and it won't be the last. We look forward to shopping at Ryans again and working with John Fuller again in the future. I had sent an email on line in regards to a Chevy Equinox and Bruce responded very quickly with some info. He was extremely friendly when I met him face to face and didn't try and oversell the car to me. T and Bruce responded very quickly with some info. There was no pushiness at all to him and didn't dismiss my concerns but answered as honestly as I believe that he could. When it came time to buy the car he was willing to work with me as I had to wait for several days before actually picking it up and paying for it. On the day of the sale he had all the paperwork ready and there wasn't any wasted time and he still fully explained what it all was. He even found an issue with the car (radio antenna) and had a brand new one put in. THAT'S outstanding service. I would absolutely recommend the Ryan Auto Mall to friends and will recommend Bruce as well. More
