I took my car in for an oil change and asked if they could check out the check coolant light problem which has been an annoying problem for some time . After finding it was the coolant level sensor and it would take an hour or so to fix , we were shuttled to and from a local restaurant where we could have lunch. The car was ready when we got back, so we were off to check out the new cars and John Fuller was there to answer all our questions, he was fabulous ! Getting back to the coupon, Lets say I had a car wash business and I were to offer you a free car wash on your personal car and when you came up to pick it up I charged you $9.99 what would you think? Whats going here right? Well since we not only washed the car we also washed the wheels and we also dried it for you, each of those was $4.00 and there was also a $1.99 sewer fee for the water that went into the drain from the car wash. Fool me once shame on you, fool be twice shame on you. I might be a few years before I return to Ryan Chev for an oil change. PS Please let Scott Goodmanson know about this email. He might be courious to know about it. Quit the fun marketing tricks and just tell what it's going to cost to have a oil change. Kinda like the ole days.
