This dealership says the inspect used vehicles but obviously do not do so. They sell vehicles with problems, even things such as air conditioning not working, but will not stand behind their word onc obviously do not do so. They sell vehicles with problems, even things such as air conditioning not working, but will not stand behind their word once the deal is done. I was told that "we're here to make money." I would never recommend that anybody go to this dealership as their customer service is quite poor and their employees very unprofessional in dealing with customers if customers have any concerns. They are looking only for the bottom line and do not actually follow the customer service they so proudly espouse. More

Been half heartedly looking foy my perfect used truck. I saw a listing on CarSoup for a truck at Ryan Auto, but the listing was so new that there was no pictures included. I called the dealership and they c saw a listing on CarSoup for a truck at Ryan Auto, but the listing was so new that there was no pictures included. I called the dealership and they connected me with Angie Midkiff. Angie walked thru the lot and located the truck, then she took pictures with her cell phone and sent them to me, showing me the good stuff and also the defects. She kept in contact and I eventually drove to Buffalo (60 miles) to meet with Angie and see the truck in person. Angie let me take the truck to my mechanic friend to get it checked out. it was in great shape, so I ended up buying the truck. I had a problem with my trade in. I lost the lieu release from 2003 and had to locate the original loan provider and get another copy. Angie stopped by where i worked to pickup the lieu release and save me a drive to Buffalo. Angie really went above and beyond to make this buying expierence great for me! More

Jeff Seibert went above and beyond my expectations, he was helpful and informative. I had an issue with my vehicle that wasn't under warranty, Ryan Auto fixed the problem without charging me a penny.
