went looking for a camaro. Got a used 2010, I like it very much. Financed and paid registration fees, yet still have no license plates for my car that I baught 3 months ago????? Called Jeff the salesman I dealt with, he refered me to local registration agency, and was very indifferent that I had not gotten plates. State of montana has no record of tHe vehicle (paperwork stalled with dealer) Waited a few weeks and called dealership again, after 5 calls, i finally got through to someone who could assist me. She stated that they were missing information, had resubmitted it (no courtessy call advising me of delay)the day before and I would have paperwork within 5 business days. Well here we are at least 10 business days later, and still nothing. EAGER TO SELL, PUSH YOU OUT THE DOOR AND NO FOLLOW THRU, AND A SERIOUS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER AGAIN, NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE DOES. More

I was shopping for a used vehicle and not looking forward to the process. I had a bad experience with another dealer in the past when I bought a new vehicle and was waiting as long as I could to get another to the process. I had been looking online for 2-3 weeks doing my research and had started emailing inquiries to try and find a deal. I started visiting dealers with my list and an idea of what I wanted. The first 2 dealers I visited didn't seem too interested in working with me when it came to price. I had been in contact with Jake at Ryan Auto Mall and went to see a couple vehicles they had. Immediately I felt at ease with him and was very impressed with the vehicle he found for me. I had no intention of buying a vehicle that day but because of how easy they were to work with and how fast things went I bought a vehicle and couldn't be happier. In the future Ryan Auto Mall will be the first place I visit and would recommend everyone to visit them before they go anywhere else. More

With oil changes, supposed to check all fluids. Antifreeze down 1/2 gallon, in between oil changes performed at Ryan Dodge Dealership. I also phoned in to get an estimate on fixing the thermostat on my Dodge Grand Caravan 2001. Quoted me $150.00, I believe was way too high, considering the location of the thermostat. I had a friend do it for me, the parts were $20 and the antifreeze was $15. It took him 10 minutes to replace the thermostat. I don't know how it can cost that much at a dealership. Seems like this is taking advantage of a customer. Also I have purchased vehicles from Jeff Barbre at Delano Dodge. I would buy another vehicle from him, trustworthy, honest person. More

After 7 new car purchases in my lifetime, this was by far the best customer service I have ever received. The fact that I knew which vehicle I was interested in saved Josh and I alot of time.
