Purchased 2014 Jeep GC Overland for Ryan Auto. I Purchased 2014 Jeep GC Overland for Ryan Auto. I scheduled my first appointment to have a faulty lift gate repaired on 2/10. After a 20 mile drive an Purchased 2014 Jeep GC Overland for Ryan Auto. I scheduled my first appointment to have a faulty lift gate repaired on 2/10. After a 20 mile drive and 2+ hours of wait time, the lift gate was recalibrated and I was sent on my way. Lift gate still did not work. Called and spoke to Matt on 2/11. He was to speak with Chad again and with Jeep CS to determine next steps for repair and call me back. It is now 2/17 and I still have not heard from them. On 2/12 I took the Jeep to Luther Jeep in Brooklyn Park. The problem was diagnosed as a faulty latch. I will not return to Ryan Auto for service. More
