Over all experience was great except the wait for finance! This is my 4th vehicle that I have purchased from Ryan Chev in Buffalo. I thought our salesman Bruce was great! The only thing I did not care for is This is my 4th vehicle that I have purchased from Ryan Chev in Buffalo. I thought our salesman Bruce was great! The only thing I did not care for is the wait to speak to finance. Each time I have come in to purchase the wait has been very LONG! This time I financed, in the past I have even paid cash and the wait was just as long! I think to speed up the process for the customer there should always be 2 finance people working instead of one to help speed up the process. We had to wait this time for 2 or 3 customers to go before us this time and the one directly before us was a first time buyer so he took extra time with her which is great but it was crazy for us to have to wait that long to speak to someone to wrap up the deal! Even though I am very please with my purchase and I do LOVE my vehicle I was almost ready to walk out the door because we had sat there so long waiting for finance! Also I had to come back in to Ryan's to sign a check over for finance. They purchased my vehicle from me for the trade in and they needed a paper trail so they wrote out a check to me for my vehicle. They knew this at the time of purchase and they must have forgotten and then called me back in later to sign the check. Even though we thought our finance guy was very nice and seem to be on top of his game at the time, I was a bit disappointed with the wait and having to come back in just to sign a check for them. I have purchased cars in 1994, 1999. In 2010 I paid cash for a nice Tahoe, and now 2014 I came in and purchased another nice Tahoe and financed this one. I have been a long time customer and the last two times especially the wait for finance has been very discouraging! More
