Ryan located three that met our preferences and we drove to Buffalo to meet with him about purchasing one. Ryan took care of getting the vehicle delivered and patiently worked with us while we arranged financing with our out of town credit union. Overall it was the easiest most pleasant car buying experience we have known. When we picked up the vehicle Ryan gave us a thorough walk through of all the vehicle's capabilities and options. We went to Ryan Auto and Nate was assisting another customer so Doug stepped in to help. They worked side by side and were both very friendly courteous, attentive and responsive. Mitch was our finance guy and he was also so very helpful, and informative. We plan to go back to purchase the 2015 Chevy Colorado in the near future. More

Great buying experience I drove 50 miles to see a truck at Ryan Auto. Nate had the truck waiting for me when I got there. When I came back the next day to finish the paper work Nate was off and his coworker Steve seamlessly stepped in took care of me even though Nate was my original sales person. Because of the hype and limited availability for the C7 Corvette I knew I was going to have to wait until at least mid-2015 before dealers would start to negotiate on price however, not the case with this dealership. Browsing eBay I found that they had the corvette that I wanted (which is rare) and selling below MSRP. Before finalizing the deal I checked with five local Southern California dealerships just for them to come close to the price and no one was even able to beat the deal. My salesman Bruce made the internet transaction go very smoothly and I was able to handle the sale with confidence from my Los Angeles home without ever walking into the dealership. I have always had a shortness of breath after seeing the C7 corvette and appreciate the service and price offered by this dealership to make my dream come true a year earlier than expected. More

Excited with new purchase! My initial contact was with Jeff Nelson, however I wasn't able to come in until later in the evening, so Jeff scheduled me to meet with Jake Jacobso My initial contact was with Jeff Nelson, however I wasn't able to come in until later in the evening, so Jeff scheduled me to meet with Jake Jacobson. The car I was interested in was ready for me to take for a test drive and when done Jake was able to answer all of my questions regarding the vehicle. Not professional at all We bought 2 new vehicles a year ago and it was recommended that we trade those in in a year, after on time payments, for a lower ingest rate. When we were being helped we weren't treated like customers but like FAMILY. Mitch remembered us and he did EXACTLY what he said he would do, got us a better interest rate on the vehicle of my husband's dream and a brand new vehicle for me. Scott treated me like a sister and looked at many vehicles with me until I was happy, even fining them on the lot and warming them up for me before I drove them. I just meet Scott that night and if I am not happy he will have to hear about it for a long time since we live close and our kids go to school together! I'll never go anywhere else again.
