Right from the start we felt comfortable with our "potential" salesman, Kevin Haugen. When we arrived, Kevin had the vehicle of interest at the front door, explained all the details of the vehicle, and then knowing that we had several more to look at in a short period of time, sent us on our way, his only request was that before we make a deal anywhere else to please check with him first. WOW...no pressure....no rude comments....no fear tactics...We were impressed!!! After a whirlwind of vehicle shopping we were down to 2 possibilities in the area and 2 closer to home. Process of elimination brought us back to Ryan Auto the next day and we were almost certain that we would be leaving the Mpls area without a vehicle and be purchasing one closer to home. Again, Kevin's friendliness and honesty impressed us and we felt during the entire process that he was working hard to get us the best deal possible. The vehicle was everything my husband was looking for....however, we would have easily walked away from it, if we felt the slightest games being played or pressure to buy. That did not happen with Kevin. The next time we are in the market for a quality used vehicle, Ryan will be our first and probably our only stop if Kevin Haugen is still working there, Thank you Kevin for the best vehicle buying experience we've ever had!!!
