Kirk clearly outlined pros and cons of each vehicle and did a great job of helping us come to our own decision about the vehicle. We had a ton of questions and indecision, and Kirk was patient with us while we talked it out. Kirk allowed us space and time to make the right decision for us, and when we finally did we had an equally pleasant experience with Shaun, the finance manager.
