Buying a new mini van I had purchased a van 2 yrs ago with Todd Rodenwald being the salesperson. It had been a good experience so we were ready for a new van and decided to give him a call. The next day we went to the dealership and within a couple hrs we were headed home in our new van. Todd listens to your wants and needs. I have had salesmen tell me what they want me to buy and not listen to what I want. They do not earn my business. The paperwork was done quickly and by the time we cleaned out old van the papers were ready to sign. When you go back to this dealership the same employees are still there. Best experience I've had in my lifetime. Jake did a great job of working with me on pricing. He gave detailed answers to my questions. More importantly he did not push the sale of the truck. I left the dealership after test driving the truck without any hassle. I called back a couple of days later and closed the deal over the phone. The dealership made its normal offers for extended warranty, protection plans, accessories and service. I declined all of that to take my think about it. Again no pressure or hassle. Since then I have scheduled their best protection package. I highly recommend Ryans dealership and would ask for Jake for future purchases. More

He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to work on a couple of issues I had. I would definitely buy a car from him again. My initial contact was Tim Adams and he was very accomodating too. Since we were buying this car from quite a distance he allowed me to take pictures of my vehicle and forward them to him with some details so he could give me a ballpark figure for a trade in. Overall the experience was good despite the short time I had to get this deal done. More
