I am deducting 3 stars from that rating because I am a bit disappointed with the lack of attention to detail the service department had when it came to filling out warranty paperwork and installing the accessories and loading the GPS navigation that I purchased at the time of the deal and the slew of generic emails I received from the dealer after the purchase introducing me to services that I already purchased. This takes away from the personalized attention that Todd invested. One suggestion I would have is keep the customer up to speed regarding the process leading up to delivery and make sure everything the customer purchased as add-ons are installed prior to delivery! Also, don't have the service department call the customer reminding of an appointment for accessory install if you haven't delivered the vehicle yet. More

Buying the Dodge with Todd I have to say that working with Todd Rodenwald was nothing but superb! He was very knowledgeable, personal and professional. We went into the dealership "looking" and left with my husbands wish granted.... with that being said, we got there at 4pm and left about 630pm. An hour and a half past the closing time. Todd did not rush anything and even came into the truck to help us get used to all the bells and whistles.... Dane did not rush or push us either.... a completely excellent experience and we would highly recommend to all of our friends family and co-workers. Thank you again!! More

I spoke to Doug Rambow in the morning, told him everything I wanted in my next vehicle and that I would be out in the afternoon to check them out. He had exactly what I was looking for ready to go on a test drive when we arrived! Doug is very down-to-earth and genuine, so easy to work with. When my 20 year old daughter and I came back from the test drive he asked if we loved it and if we didn't we shouldn't get it. We LOVED it and I bought it! Spoke to Lisa briefly in accessories on what could be added to protect this beautiful vehicle - it all made sense and seemed reasonable priced. Then off to Josh in finance to sign all the papers - everyone we interacted with was so knowledgeable, professional and nice - great teamwork!
