Very pleased with Damian and Ryan Auto Found Ryan Auto Mall on the web as we were looking to upgrade our Town and country, as per their web site had a large selection in stock which they di Found Ryan Auto Mall on the web as we were looking to upgrade our Town and country, as per their web site had a large selection in stock which they did on site. To be very honest I did not want to buy a different vehicle as I have never like the process of doing so, however the wife did. I went with a let's say attitude of, if it makes her happy. Damian was our sales expert and he showed us different vans and answer all of our questions in a very non pushy manor even after I told him I was there to kick tires and it is very hot and humid outside . Well long story short wife got a new (Lease return) van. Damian was never pushy nor rude and I give him a hat half because I was looking for a reason to not buy. While the paper work was being done I went out side and there is Damian washing and vacuuming our new van, he even set our cell phone up for hands free driving. Also Meet with Dane who did all the paper work, again very thorough on the extended warranty programs but not pushy. Very friendly dealership, clean, plenty of inventory with a small town attitude. Assisted my son in buying his dream car My son located a specific model camero at Ryan Chevrolet in Buffalo that he was interested in purchasing. We drove up about an hour to look at it and My son located a specific model camero at Ryan Chevrolet in Buffalo that he was interested in purchasing. We drove up about an hour to look at it and was met by Tanner, one of the salesman. We discussed the car and history at length with Tanner who was more than helpful in providing the information and history we were looking for on this used vehicle. After learning about the car, we told Tanner that we were going to think it over since it was a big decision for my son. We were pleasantly surprised in that Tanner was very accepting of our decision, and did not try and pressure us into the sale. After a day, my son decided to purchase the car and we met again with Tanner to do the necessary paperwork. I was extremely pleased with the manner in which the entire sales process went. They treated us, specifically my son, with the utmost respect and kindness. I myself have purchased many vehicles over the years, and can say....Ryan Chevrolet provided the best I've experienced.
