I received a reply from Doug at 6;11 AM which was a big surprise. I answered and the rest is history. I told Doug my son needed a car and he said to bring him around because he was sure he could find him a good deal for him. I received a good deal on the HHR and my son received an outstanding deal on an Impala set up by the sales manager who's name I"VE forgotten, My bad, and Doug. He stopped by when I was dealing with Doug, fine man. I've dealt with dealt with Ryan Chev for a long time, 30 or 40 yrs and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience with any one. Sales, office parts, service, repair, there all good. but getting back to Doug, he's, Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and the best auto salesperson I have ever dealt with!!! Ram 3500 Melisa was great to work with, knowledgeable on the vehicle I was purchasing and never pushy. There was a great selection of automobiles to choose from, not to many to make you over think which one you want but enough variety to compare. Only downside I would have to say is that one would kind of think that when purchasing a new car with a higher price tag and as long as it has been sitting on the lot; that a dealership isn’t willing to throw in a few extras like mud flaps, or a tonneau cover to show customer that choosing their dealership to purchase a vehicle was appreciated and more of a perk to recommend people to buy from them. In my line of work (framing) doing some extras outside the print for no cost leads to me being well respected and always leads to multiple recommendations, leading to more and more work without advertising. Overall I’m happy with my truck and can’t wait to hook my camper up and go camping with family and friends this summer. Thank you Dave Porttiin More
