I bought a pre-owned truck and when I found out it had only one set of keys Doug went out of his way to contact the prior owner and he is getting them for me even though the sale was already made. I would definately check with Doug and Ryan Auto Mall first when our family buys our next automobile. If I had to list one thing to improve my experience I would say that it would have been nice for the vehicle to have a full tank of gas (instead of a little less the a 1/4) but since the sale happened rather quickly it's understandable. More
