The service department was great and a much better value than in the cities. I talked to Chad about a brand new Traverse. He laid out the benefits of that vehicle but also encouraged me to look at the new Blazer. We needed the extra space, so the Traverse made more sense for us. Chad had multiple customers that day, but he was attentive to them and us and asked his Sales Manager, Brian, to help as well so we never felt neglected. We agreed to the price and took advantage of some of the incentives. Brian and Chad got us more for our trade in than originally offered to get the transaction done. The service was great and we love our new Traverse! More
