Worst experience ever! We went to both the Monticello and Buffalo locations and did not have a pleasant experience at either one. They did not present us with the correct fi We went to both the Monticello and Buffalo locations and did not have a pleasant experience at either one. They did not present us with the correct financing at either location. We finally did purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from the Buffalo location with apprehension and within 500 miles, the vehicle overheated and leaked coolant everywhere. We were told we had to trade or keep the vehicle and that's what the warranty is for. We will never buy from Ryan again! More
