The Volt was in beautiful shape as Jeff said and we couldn't wait to drive it home. Now I can drive to work and back on all electric with this awesome Chevy Volt. More

After all my questions were answered she picked a few vehicles from the lot matching my criteria I was wanting. We looked it over, took it for a spin, and when I decided it was what I wanted we looked at the numbers. We discussed so more fine details and went over finance options. Good, but depending on who you talk too! I went into this dealership know some problematic individuals (Jeff Nelson), so I avoided him based on personal experience. Then I talked to Steve N. I went into this dealership know some problematic individuals (Jeff Nelson), so I avoided him based on personal experience. Then I talked to Steve N. He was very nice but new to the process. I was buying my first car and just wanted someone who was familiar with the process. Doug was very helpful since I started with him. My only complaint is that I didn't get a final offer until I was in the business office signing the papers. There is something that this dealership offers on all of their vehicles but came up on every statement I was given including the final one. I had told them to take this $300 feature off, even in the end. Other than that Doug was very helpful and nice. I would recommend him. More
