Scott was very easy to work with, even though he was very busy he took time to get me into several different vehicles. Made a appointment to come back as I had many questions, Scott made sure to show me vehicles that would fit what I wanted, and steer me away from one's that had things I didn't need or priced higher with the same options. According to KBB, they gave me close to top trade in dollar for my vehicle (which was also in the middle level for selling it myself). Accessories sales lady ( I think it was Melisa) was very knowledgeable on what to add on, and what to stay away from (which some where higher priced accessories but don't function well in our climate). Finance was smooth, not trying to upsell unneeded GAP coverages etc. Definitely would do business here again! More

The buck before the customer at Ryan Auto Mall. If you are looking for customer service and a great place to get your next new vehicle…look elsewhere. My problems started right from the start and I If you are looking for customer service and a great place to get your next new vehicle…look elsewhere. My problems started right from the start and I wished I had listened to myself and went elsewhere. The advertised special price for my Gladiator was posted as "Buy for $xx,xxx. … Our BUY FOR PRICE is the PRICE FOR EVERYONE and includes UNCONDITIONAL manufacturer offers and rebates. " Yet when we came in a sat down with Melisa Rokala the price she gave us was $1300 higher which included an addon we did not ask for and were told the other $1k was a discount we did not qualify for. We walked away and kept looking elsewhere. Melisa contacted us again so in emails we negotiated back to the sale price (are you kidding me), dropped the addon we did not want, and got an agreement for an extra $500 on top of the low amount they offered for our trade. We decided it was a deal for the Gladiator so I went to pick it up. While signing the paperwork the finance manager Dane mentioned Melisa had told him we were retiring in 6 months and returning to Canada after 10 years in the states. He showed me the apa.ca web site which indicates a potential issue with the warranty transfer but it did state "Warranties of vehicles purchased in the United States will not be valid in Canada, unless a customer moves to Canada and gets approval by Chrysler Canada." . Given that info I felt I could contact Chrysler Canada and determine the transfer process. He also told me the extended warranty would cover me instead but I doubt that is true during the time the manufacturer's warranty is in place. 18 hours later I contacted Chrysler Canada who told me they do not transfer any US warranties at all so I would have a new vehicle with only 6 months coverage. I immediately contacted Melisa to see how we undo this deal and she told me I would have to call Mike the sales Manager.. I had to convince her that she should do that. Mike then called me back 4 hours later and basically said there is no law that allows the customer to undo a deal so the answer was NO! He said I could call Rob Ryan if I did not like that answer and gave me his number. I called, left a detailed message and NEVER heard back at all. So… bottom line is all that matters to Ryan Auto Mall as there would have been no reason they could not have supported the customer and undone this deal. We should have walked away when we had to talk them into their own advertised sales price. Stay away if you want customer service. More
