I usually HATE buying vehicles! However, our experience with Chad at Ryan in Buffalo was FANTASTIC!! He did a great job of showing us the advantages the Tahoe has over competitors SUVs. We felt the negotiation was very fair and working toward a common goal instead of the usual hated experience of trying to take advantage of customers that turns off car buyers and makes it so unpleasant.—We had such a great experience with Chad. Everyone at the dealership was amazingly friendly. When we went to pick up the Tahoe Jeff Seibert the business manager was very friendly and professional as was the hilarious Jennifer Schoon from the parts business. Steve Nisbet is the sales person who sits next to Chad and even though he didn’t sell us the vehicle he chatted with us and was such a fun guy and a great representative of the Ryan brand. After 45 years of driving/buying quite a few cars this was clearly the BEST experience we ever had! We highly recommend Chad Robertson and Ryan Chev to all of our friends!! More

Exceptional salesman,sales manager, finance personnel and accessories personnel. They had the vehicle running and ready for my test drive when I showed up, no waiting. I’ve never had a car salesperson be as accessories personnel. They had the vehicle running and ready for my test drive when I showed up, no waiting. I’ve never had a car salesperson be as knowledgeable about the truck I was looking at inside and outside as Scott was, most questions answered before I could ask. Everyone involved was very patient with me considering I was I wasn’t totally prepared, they stayed late to finish and one employee was leaving for the night but turned around and came back so I could receive some additional money off the sale because of a credit card I had but didn’t bring it up earlier. I know others who have bought from Ryan Chevrolet and have always been happy, this was my 1st experience and will definitely refer others to Ryan Chevrolet.
