See Below On 4/11/2017 I took my pickup to the Ryan to have the door handle fixed/repaired or whatever needed to fix it. Of course the cost ended up being much On 4/11/2017 I took my pickup to the Ryan to have the door handle fixed/repaired or whatever needed to fix it. Of course the cost ended up being much more than quoted. What really got me was the fact that someone at the dealership scratched up the inside paneling of the door that the handle was replaced. I pointed this out to the Service Writer. She took my truck back for a manager to look at it. Then she came back to me with a very insulting response (Are you sure those scratches weren't already there?) I told her of course I'm sure. She stated they'd refer this to the owner and she'd call me. With that type of response I pretty much knew I'd never hear from anyone. I bought this pickup from Ryan and Ryan has done all the Service Work on it so far. I will not be taking it in to Ryan Chevrolet for service going forward. I'm scheduled to purchase another vehicle around the 1st of next year and I will not be visiting Ryan Chevrolet to make that purchase. More
Don't bother my husband took his truck to ryan chev to have some recalls fixed. they initially told him it would take a couple of days. My husband has called everyday, accept sunday, to talk with the representative and check on the truck. He has left numerous messages. He has yet to receive a phone call from Ryan Chevrolet. Yesterday he had to physically go to the location just to speak with someone. The man said the truck would be ready today. The truck is not ready. If they are going to keep a vehicle over a week, especially to fix recall parts, they should provide an alternate transportation for the customer. At the very least, they should return phone calls and keep customers informed about their vehicles. When my husband discussed his truck to various friends and coworkers, everyone said DO NOT go to Ryan Chevrolet! Next time, we will go out of our way to travel to another chevy dealer. When we finally get his truck back, we will never go back to Ryan Chevrolet! More
I recently purchased a used toyota Camry from Ryan.I got a great price upfront and they were very professional.
