The customer service is horrible. Aletha Wall has been giving me the run around every since I brought my vehicle in on 7-27-24. It is now August 5. Dealer was waiting for the Traverse to get delivered which took a 1-1/2 weeks to get to Monroe, and it took three days to get ready for purchase. Bringing my car up there where something is wrong with it. They needed to keep it without giving me a replacement car to get around in. They drove me all the way home in my car waisting my gas so the guy it. They needed to keep it without giving me a replacement car to get around in. Knowing I would have to find a ride back to get my car when done. Yall need to work on customer service if yall want some business. Very very unsatisfied with the service I got today. More
