Esta vez pongo 4 estrellas. Porque tuve que ir 2 veces para que solucionaran el problema (2 recalls) Hice cita para la reparacion un sabado y no lo solucionaron a la primera, d Porque tuve que ir 2 veces para que solucionaran el problema (2 recalls) Hice cita para la reparacion un sabado y no lo solucionaron a la primera, dijeron que necesitaban una parte, que debia volver el miercoles siguiente; llame el martes y dijeron que no tenian aun la parte, que pasarian unos dias mas; asi fue, despues de 10 dias lo solucionaron. La atencion de los empleados de servicio fue amable, cordial y tuvieron mucha paciencia en explicar lo que sucedia y responder mis preguntas en las 2 oportunidades. Aparte de este inconveniente, en general no tengo motivos para quejarme de este Dealer, siempre lo recomiendo, nunca he recibido mejor trato en otro dealer, tanto en el departamento de ventas como en los dos departamentos de servicios. This last recall while quick enough - I had several things adjusted that were unrelated to the service. Interior light turned off, heat adjusted, seating and mirrors adjusted. First, she gave me the impression that the prices listed at Rusty Wallis Honda online weren’t the actual prices to consider, as there are d Carroll. First, she gave me the impression that the prices listed at Rusty Wallis Honda online weren’t the actual prices to consider, as there are designed just to attract customers into the dealership, which I have never hard of such any were. She then tried to upsell me on a dealership package that wasn’t mentioned as mandatory anywhere in the online listing, which felt deceptive. To make matters worse, her attitude was full of pride, rudeness, and arrogance. She didn’t allow me to discuss the terms or make any decisions; instead, she was insistent on pushing her numbers onto me. As a Finance Manager, her customer service approach was appalling. I truly regret having encountered her during my inquiry and wish I had a better experience. More
