Tin was very communicative and handled everything well. However, the car died at a stop light on the way home. I immediately returned to the dealership and was told the issue (which had never happened bef However, the car died at a stop light on the way home. While I appreciate the use of a loaner car, I have been without my car for over 10 days and I have made 3 trips to the dealership not including the one I will make to pick up my car. The original service was routine maintenance and it has now turned into a big inconvenience. More
