I know that he is no longer with Rusty Wal I bought my first brand new car at Rusty Wallis Honda in January/2007 with a sales consultant Jerry Thomas. I know that he is no longer with Rusty Wallis. He was very nice and helpful about my purchased. I have a full loaded Honda CR-V 2 WD -EX-L with navigation system. I love my car and I will keep it as long as I live. I took my car for oil change last week and my adviser is Tony Vergenz. I know Tony for 5 years and he is the best. Tony is kind, polite, he knows how to treat a client and very knowledgeable about Honda. Rusty Wallis should have more advisers like Tony. While my car was in maintenance, I went to see the new CR-V 2015 which I didn't like at all. I won't sell and I won't trade-in my CR-V 2007. I had the opportunity to know the sales consultant Mr. Kenneth Boyd and we had a conversation. I enjoyed talking to Mr. Boyd, because he knows a lot, not just about cars, but about others subjects too. Also he is a very intelligent and decent man. Happy Birthday Tony Vergenz on 02/20/2015! You can’t expect any reli Hello, I would like to warn you that Rusty Wallis dealership has very poor business practice & very poor customer service. You can’t expect any reliability or support from them if your car has issues after serviced by them. I had given my car for cleaning in their service department. They returned my car with a broken seat! When they came to know that it will cost $1000+ to fix it, they denied that the seat was broken by the detailer. They do not want to take ownership of the mistake as they know they will have to pay for it but it was very obvious that it happened during the service operation on the car. It is almost not possible to clean the front of the car without moving the seat. When I dropped my car off to service dept, the service advisor had witnessed that nothing was broken & the seat was operating normally! I have tried to reach out to David Jones (Service Director) & the GM of the dealership Ronnie Robertson but since the customer service is so bad, that after leaving countless emails & voicemails no body replied! So I decided to meet the GM in person & he told me that he would investigate the matter but he never followed up after that. It’s been close to 3 months. The issue happened on Nov. 23, 2014. I have filed a complaint against them to Better Business Bureau (BBB). My complaint # is 91315797 that is public record. After 2 months of filing, there was no reply & last week I got a reply saying “it is not caused by us”. They have 13 filed complaints against them in BBB, most of them are outlining their terrible customer service. I do not recommend trusting or doing business with Rusty Wallis dealership as they will not help or take accountability if anything goes wrong with your car! Thank you. More
