Amazing service again! I actually almost look forward to bringing my car to Rusty Wallis for service. Yesterday was another predictably wonderful experience. My husband made an appointment to have recall work done on the airbag of our CRV. When we arrived at least 3 people asked if they could help us and got us the correct person all within about 10 seconds. We were told we would get a call when the car was ready, and Jeff followed through with that. We arrived, signed paperwork, and were out the door in about 60 seconds. It took me a long time to find Rusty Wallis service, and now I will not go anywhere else. And I tell every Honda owner I know that this is the place to go. More

Anyway, airbag module recall service performed much faster than expected. No problems noted so far with work. I am also rating the service experience, not the sales from 7 years ago.
