I discovered that almost none of my bumper clips were on my bumper! This is the only place I have been to for service since I moved to Mesquite over 5 years ago. I went in for diagnostic testing last week after an issue with my car not starting out of the blue. No issues were found. I got my timing chain serviced along with everything that they do within that package about a year ago. Between that and the diagnostic visit the majority of the clips on my front bumper were removed and not replaced! I found this out on the day before Thanksgiving when my bumper pulled off easily while I was backing out of a parking space. This is unacceptable and sheer laziness on the part of the dealership. I go to the dealership for service expecting them to do things the right way. I never thought I would have to get under my car and check for the bare minimum to be done. More
