Marcus in service is great. I went in for oil change even though my indicatior said only 30%. I shared with him I may have to leave in the middle of the night as a friend is on death bed. He tld me my tires would need to be replaced when we got back but going on a long trip I told him to go ahead and get them replaced as I would be on ice and snow and needed to know that I was on safe tires. Staff is always courteous, they all acknowledge you even if they don't know you. They have experienced mechanics and service technicians and have the work done when they promise and at or below the quoted p if they don't know you.
