The 1st and last time I will go to Rusty Wallis for anything. I went there for a simple oil change. When they pulled my car to the back, the service advisor came and told me that the drain plug was p anything. I went there for a simple oil change. When they pulled my car to the back, the service advisor came and told me that the drain plug was put on too tight by the last tech that changed my oil and that they was not able to get it off. Needless to say it was a Honda dealership that last changed my oil. So there was hours spent contacting the Honda dealership that last changed my oil and they advised Rusty Wallis that the 1st step is to take the drain plug off to see what damage is done if any. So Rusty Wallis attempted to take the plug out and it came off without causing damage. So I spent hours for something that could have taken 45 minutes. During my long wait I asked for a loaner car and it was stated to me that they do not have any loaner car. So, once they completed the oil change they brought my car to the front and you would not believe that the tail pipe was hanging away from my car. It was stated that maybe when they took it through the car wash, it could have caused damage. At this time I had other appointments scheduled and needed to go, so they was able to get me in a loaner. So it went from not having a loaner to now having a loaner. So as I was out running my errands and awaiting for my car to be repaired, I received a very disrespectful call from the General Manager whom stated with a very aggressive and rude tone "I need to bring his car back and they do not loan cars out for this type of reason and that the car wash did not damage my car"...... I stated to the GM that "I don't know who or what but it was not like that when I brought it in for service, and that I will bring his car back as soon as I can". The GM was very unprofessional, and he is the main reason I will not be going back to Rusty Wallis. More
I have commented on this before. After getting the car back, I didn't notice until after it was dark that someone who worked on the car had turned the headlights off. I normally leave the switch in the automatic position and don't worry about the headlights being on. I don't know why it was necessary to turn the headlights off for this service, but you did, and then didn't set the switch back where it was. Every time this happens, I will rate you one star, because I have told you about it before. And this survey tool sucks -- it requires rating "people I worked with" and frankly I don't remember any of their names. More
