They take the time to explain what was done and the condition of my car. They efficiently review details of work done and remind clients of what upcoming services will be needed. Awesome team and love the idea of seeing and working with the same individuals who know you...feels like family and that they truly do care about Honda customers. So glad that I purchased my car from Rusty Wallis dealership...that care about the clients safety and seemed to enjoy providing outstanding service to everyone who comes thru the door. After I had my car service I went over to the new car sales office to see Jim Beeson and look at the new CRV's. Since Jim was busy he turned me over to Doug and between the 2 of them, I walked out with a new CRV even though I kept telling them. "I'm not buying a car today."
